Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Nancy Uruchima, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD
Nancy Uruchima, MS, CCC-SLP, is the founder of Inclusive Pathways Speech — a bilingual, neurodiversity-affirming speech-language therapy practice serving children and families across Brooklyn and Queens.
Nancy started Inclusive Pathways because she wanted to build the kind of practice she wished every family could find — one where Autistic kids, AAC users, gestalt language processors, and bilingual learners are met as whole people, not as a list of deficits. Her approach centers each child's strengths, honors the way they already communicate, and follows the family's lead on language, identity, and goals.
She earned her Master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from NYU and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Nancy has worked across a range of clinical settings, with specialized interests in DIR/Floortime, gestalt language processing, early communication, and executive functioning.
Nancy is passionate about partnering with Spanish-speaking families and ensuring that culturally and linguistically responsive care isn't an add-on — it's the foundation. She sees caregivers as the experts on their own kids and therapy as a collaboration, not a prescription.
Outside the office, Nancy is a dedicated runner and cyclist. She's completed two World Marathon Majors and dreams of earning her Six Star Medal by finishing all six. Above all, she treasures time with her niece and nephew, who have been her greatest inspiration in this work.

Speech Language Pathologist
Tracy Wong, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD
Tracy is a Speech-Language Pathologist with five years of experience working with children, and her favorite population is the birth-to-five age group. She specializes in supporting Autistic learners and their families through play-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
Tracy loves incorporating movement and sensory play, because the best communication moments happen when kids are having fun and feeling regulated. Whether through augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), caregiver coaching, or everyday routines, her goal is to make communication feel natural and joyful.
Tracy speaks Cantonese and Mandarin and has had the privilege of working with families from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds across early intervention, school, and teletherapy settings. She looks forward to connecting with you and your family!
What does neurodiversity-affirming mean to Tracy?
Neurodiversity-affirming means meeting every child exactly where they are. Every child has strengths, and every child has areas to grow. Tracy's job as a speech therapist is to notice what lights a child up and what supports help them learn best. Instead of asking a child to adapt to one way of doing things, she leans into each child's unique strengths and tailors her approach to the way their brain works — because when we meet children on their terms, there's no limit to what they can learn.
