Inclusive Pathways Speech is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated clinicians to join our team.
Our practice provides both clinic-based services in Sunnyside, Queens and home-based pediatric speech therapy across Queens and Brooklyn, meeting children in the environments where they learn, play, and thrive.
We are a neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and sensory-informed practice that values connection, collaboration, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. Our work centers on supporting children and families through relationship-driven intervention rather than compliance-based models.
If you value flexibility, thoughtful clinical care, and a community-oriented environment, we would love to connect and learn more about you.

About the Role
We are seeking pediatric speech-language pathologists to join our growing team. Our practice serves the pediatric population, supporting infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents across a range of developmental profiles and communication needs. Areas of focus may include language development, articulation and phonology, motor speech, play skills, social communication, executive functioning, and literacy-based language support. Caseloads are thoughtfully developed based on your availability, clinical interests, and preferred service areas.
